An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our busy revenues team based within the Town Hall with an opportunity for hybrid working. You will need to deal with customers by telephone, in writing and face to face.
You must have a good knowledge of Council Tax and Business Rates and preferably experience of using NEC (Northgate) Computer Systems. You must be able to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurately spoken English
