The Council Revenues and Benefits Service is responsible for Billing, Collection and Recovery of Council Tax, Business Rates, Housing Benefit Overpayment & Sundry Debt.
We are looking for enthusiastic and positive individuals to work as part of our teams responsible for administration and processing within the Revenues Service.

You should be able to demonstrate a clear customer focus with well-developed customer service skills, balanced with a commitment to effective service delivery.
11 Positions - 9 full time and 2 part time 22.5 & 16.5
We are looking to appoint to permanent, primarily full-time posts across the following roles:
Roles will be 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the position to be based at Howden House. We currently operate a hybrid working pattern.

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
Full-time employees work 37 hours for 52 weeks of the year and we offer a generous holiday entitlement. We are open to discussions about a wide range of flexible working opportunities which benefit you and the Council, including reduced hour contracts, working part time or as a job share.
