As the Training and Technical Officer at Torridge District Council you will be responsible for the training needs of the Revenues and Benefits team, providing advice and support to team members queries regarding technical, administration, billing, recovery and assessments of Council Tax.
You will be responsible for creating, developing and maintaining training packages, therefore it is essential that you have up to date expert knowledge of legislation.
The Training and Technical Officer will quality check Revenues Officers assessments, ensuring they have been processed in accordance with legislation, policies and best practice therefore accuracy and attention to detail are essential to this role.
